Come and join my small welcoming Hatha yoga group of 3-6 yogis. I like people to feel comfortable in my sessions and a smaller group allows for individual instruction to make sure you get the maximum benefit out of your session.
My classes are aimed at those who are beginners and those who wish to deepen their practice. The sessions incorporate an integrated practice of postures, pranayama and m... editation/relaxation and are a great tool if you are suffering from anxiety or depression.
